The St Peter’s Courthouse Theatre is Eastern Prince Edward Island’s favourite venue for live theatre and live music. See Prince Edward Island’s favourite musicians as well as our unforgettable local amateur theatre company.
This is an exciting year for the theatre, as we will be showcasing our upgraded audio and visual facilities. Come celebrate our new season starting on June 10th at our Grand Opening with Meaghan Blanchard.

June 17,Prayers & Prohibiton
Written by local authors Jonah Anderson and Joe MacDonald, “Prayers and Prohibition” is presented Thursday nights in July and August. The Law of Prohibition is in full effect and Sheriff Clyde Capone intends to keep it that way. However, when rumours start to spread of alcohol he takes it upon himself to hunt down the culprit. This play will have the hilarity pouring out as the audience becomes drunk with laughter. Throw in a shot of The Shopkeeper, a dash of The Reverend, a splash of The Local Paperboy and this becomes a cocktail you have to experience to believe. You don’t want to miss this play!
